Good evening my lovely readers! 
How was your weekend?
My mom flew in to Boston last Thursday to help me pack+move so I’ve been a bit MIA from the internet for the last few days.
We’ve been packing, being very lazy and Saturday we went to see Inception. I saw it when it first came out but my mom hadn’t so we went.
It was fun.
Today, it’s raining and very cold out (freezing! I need to wear my hoodie when I go outside).

My dad is flying in tomorrow. He has some appointments for his job on Wednesday and then Friday is moving day 1!
I’m excited and nervous and wish I was completely packed and moved already.
We have to do more packing today, and I think we’ll do some art later as well.
What are you doing today? Are you being lazy or productive?

Lazy AND productive. I’m having one of THOSE days. I have been trying to catch up on S4 of Dexter, I’ve baked muffins and cookies (to try and use up some zucchini that my parents-in-law dropped off) and I went for a bitchin’ walk this afternoon. What I SHOULD be doing is writing, but I’m good at procrastination!

I’m trying to be productive. I’m a few days in on my 4 Simple Goals and so far so good.. TV has stayed off, I’ve cooked a few meals and the house is fairly clean (yay for the 10 minute tidy!) The only thing we haven’t done too much of is getting out of the house and going on some walks. But I think we’ll try that tonight.
Your art journal is beautiful, by the way! I love the colours you used in your first week. So bright and cheery. How are the rest of your goals coming?
Are you still looking for guest writers while you are moving?

I’ve started 1 out of my 4 goals.
I plan to start cooking when I move and sewing things for my new place which goes with my goal of making my living/studio space beautiful and inspiring!
I love my new 52 week journal, I’m having a lot of fun with it!
