Blogging
With my semester holidays last month, I had nothing much to do except use internet throughout the day. I thought I will concentrate more on the blog.
I’m someone who is obsessed with something or the other always.
Sometimes it’s a person, sometimes a thing, sometimes something else. It doesn’t help when you are totally jobless.
This time I got totally obsessed with Blogging.
Obsession
NOUN
1. An irrational motive for performing trivial or repetitive actions, even against your will.
2. An unhealthy and compulsive preoccupation with something or someone.
How obsessive you ask me?
Well, all day, everyday, all I could think was about my next post.
I wanted followers and comments so bad that! Put the link on Buzz, forums, twitter, read lots of blogs and commented on them, I sometimes forced my friends to read it. Phew! Lot of hard work!!!
I have had a lot of dreams about it too. One night it was about templates, some other night it was that I had received comments for all my posts, and once I woke up scared that someone had criticized my writing. Trust me, it was really scary!
This was my Facebook status when my blog crossed 1000 page views.
“After nearly 3 months of starting it, today my blog crossed 1000 page views!!!! 
:)”
I check my blog daily night before sleeping, first thing after I wake up. Millions of times throughout the day!
I almost know by heart which post has got how many comments, how many page views.
I got all excited and happy when I got my first anonymous follower!

Cute post, when I am ‘into’ blogging I feel the same, and then sometimes I lose the momentum. They say if you blog often and with a modest degree of interest and relevance you reach a ‘critical mass’ of page views and followers, where strangers are “drawn” to you by the magic of the interwebs.
