Hello, I’m Peg your average Londoner in my 20’s. I have been lucky enough to guest on Kendra’s fabulous blog. On my blog What’s New Peg, I usually write about my life, fashion, beauty and baking on my blog and writing, this post is a completely new experience for me.
I wanted to write about inspirations. Most of us have an inspiration of some form whether it be someone we know, someone famous or someone who has achieved something incredible. Not many people that I have come across anyway, have a pictorial one. The picture above is one I took a couple of years ago in my Nan’s garage. I love this picture as it ties the worlds of nature and man-made structure.
This is my inspiration within my life to try and utilize the world around me and that there can always be a happy compromise. It also inspires my imagination to think of stories, songs or poems to write, it’s sort of an Alice in wonderland or Charlie and the chocolate factory in my mind and lets me escape in to another world. What’s your pictorial inspiration?

One Thought
That’s a gorgeous picture and I for one find pictures fascinating and inspiring. I suppose it’s because I see art in *everything*. One of my pictorial inspirations is a picture I snapped of our lilac bush in our backyard. There was no color editing and yet the picture was magickal, with light greens, hearty purples and soft pinks. It feels like a breath of sweet, fresh air and I feel inspired whenever I look at it.
