I was having an awful time this past year, In talking with my dr. she put me on Zoloft. It has helped me greatly, I don't think I have ever felt as even-keeled as I do now.
she initially put me on 50mg and after 8 days I moved up to 100mg a day. I am not sure if your dose is related to the breast feeding, but you may talk to your dr. and find out if a higher amount is safe.

but really, anything that helps is a move in the right direction. I understand there is nothing worse than feeling this way, I hope you find a way out that works for you and your family.

Hope is powerful. It will keep you "in the game" in terms of seeking new treatment regimens, and ultimately it is likely you'll find good treatment which results in better health. I really hope this for you. I know it's not easy, but you are doing all the right things.
